About Biltong Safaris
Biltong Safaris is a hunting outfitter with a strong commitment to sustainable hunting practices and is located in Limpopo, South Africa. Our journey began as a cattle farm, but when native game species began to thrive, we recognized the need to manage the overpopulation of animals on the farm. A pivotal decision was made to open hunting to local “Biltong” hunters.
Over time, we expanded and we are now welcoming hunters from around the world. Biltong Safaris offers both trophy and non-trophy packages, catering to your preferences and will give you the ultimate hunting experience.
Today, the original cattle farm remains at the heart of our operations. To ensure the highest probability of success in targeting your desired species, we also have access to concessions on multiple properties for a broader hunting experience or for specific species.
Eduard Venter is the licensed Outfitter and Professional Hunter of Biltong Safaris. Eduard will be your dedicated point of contact and will accompany you on your hunting trip.

You will embark on a hunting experience similar to a typical local "Biltong" hunt. While meat export is not allowed, your harvest will be thoughtfully donated to “Help Jag”, a local charity dedicated to making a positive impact.
